We use two different coaching models depending on our client needs:
Coaching Model 1: Job-integrated coaching simulations. Realizing the need for improved people management capabilities, Altvia Consulting helps create a training program for frontline managers that focus on the specific people development activities with the highest impact on employee performance. The program provides managers with an opportunity to practice their development skills and receive immediate feedback, utilizing coaching simulations that are integrated into their daily activities.
Coaching Model 2: Counselor system. To ensure that emerging talent receives the guidance necessary to gain critical leadership skills and experiences, Altvia Consulting provides coaching through its skill coaches to designated employees within the organization. Keys to practice success include managers’ ongoing developmental support and active participation in employee performance.
